Return Policy

At Northsu, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to you via email.
